You can view many of our available items at our Etsy and Facebook shops - but for a variety of reasons, we don't list everything there. The best way to shop with us is to browse our portfolio, let your imagination run wild, then drop us a line...and let us bring your ideas to life.
To order custom stained glass, you'll start by speaking directly to Ken or Casandra to discuss your design ideas. 

There are a few things to consider: 
  • What are your desired dimensions (length and width) or is it a 3-D/sculptural piece?
  • What shape (square, rectangular, oval, round, triangular, asymmetrical)
  • What colors you would like in the panel?
  • How much backlighting the panel will get? Is it going in a well-lit window or will it not get much natural light?
  • What type of frame? Metal, wood, or live edge? Will it be mounted in a cabinet door? Does it need back-lighting?

Cost is based primarily on the size and complexity of the design. The type of glass and frame can also influence the price of custom designs. We will work with you to accommodate your budget.

The time from design approval to completion of the project is typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity. Larger projects and those requiring installation will likely take longer. Items can be "rushed" for an extra fee. 

In general, small items require payment in advance. Custom panels require a $100 deposit before design begins. Once the deposit is paid and design/glass is approved, we will begin cutting glass. (Larger projects may require an additional payment before cutting begins.) You will have a chance to see the panel before it is assembled to give "cut approval". This is the last chance to make changes to the design, glass type, or color. Minor changes will be accommodated; major changes may require an extra fee. Remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. 

Packing and shipping of stained glass depends on the size and weight of the project and its final destination. We can provide an estimate of shipping delivery costs when you order.​
